Unsuitable items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

We offer refunds on web orders only, not in-store purchases.
Please send all returns to: Collard Manson, 125 Devonshire Street, Sheffield, S3 7SB.

All returns must be in original product bags and packaging and in an unused, unworn and sellable condition. If there is an indication that the items have been worn/used, washed or smell of perfume we cannot resell the item and therefore we have the right to partially/withhold refund and your item may be sent back to you. This also includes: damage to the item, the item is not in original packaging and if the return has been sent outside the 14 day returns policy.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the product only. We do not provide pre-paid returns labels. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds.
We are not responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send all returns either tracked or signed for.  

Exchanges will only be granted from within the mainland UK. If you wish to make an exchange outside of Great Britain you must return your order and place a new order for the new item/size you wish to have.
